Terms of use

GetClip is a technical tool for saving publicly available videos to your personal device. By using the service you confirm that:

• you only download content you have the right to (your own video, an open license or the author's permission);
• you will not use downloaded material commercially or redistribute it without the owner's consent;
• you will not attempt automated mass use of the service or try to disrupt it.

Privacy

• We do not require sign-up and do not collect personal data.
• Video files are never stored permanently. Temporary files are deleted right after download or within 10 minutes at most.
• Pasted links are kept in memory for about 20 minutes. For completed downloads we keep the video title, its public link and the chosen quality for up to 30 days for service statistics, never linked to an IP address.
• Technical server logs (IP address, time) are used only to prevent abuse and are kept for a limited time.
• We count anonymous, aggregated statistics (visits, country, device type) without cookies and without storing IP addresses.

GetClip does not host or distribute videos. If you believe the service infringes your rights, email us at [email protected]. Include the specific links; we will review the request and block them if necessary.

GetClip is not affiliated with YouTube, Meta, TikTok or any other listed platform.
