This policy explains what data GetClip (getclip.cc) uses and why. We never sell your data.

Data we use

Account: email address and password (stored hashed), or your Google sign-in email.
Content you process: links, transcripts, translations, clip settings and files you upload.
Payments: order and payment status. Card details stay with the payment provider.
Technical: IP address and device type, for security and free-trial limits.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: process your videos, run your account and credits, send service emails and keep the service secure.

TikTok and other connected accounts

If you connect TikTok, we use the data it shares with your permission (access token, ID, name, avatar) only to publish the videos you choose. We never post without your action. Disconnecting removes this data.

Sharing

Only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, payments, speech recognition and translation), and when the law requires it.

Retention

Video files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Transcripts and history are kept while your account exists.

Cookies

Only necessary cookies for login and free-trial limits. No advertising cookies.

Children

GetClip is not intended for children under 13.
